Programme Description

Graduates from MSc in Management will have an understanding of the impact of various forces affecting organisations including legal systems; ethical, economic, environmental, social and technological change issues etc. They will also be prepared to make decisions about their market based on their customers and how to manage the people within an organisation. All in all, the MSc in management sets a graduate up to start their own business or be an important part of another in a variety of management roles.

The MSc in management with the HRM pathway equips students with the ability to perceive and understand the many aspects of social and environmental interaction that affect business. Students will learn to understand different approaches to managing the employment relationship and the involvement of employees and how to maturely manage people in a business environment. An understanding of HRM is a necessary requirement in every business
