Fordham University's Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership Program offers an interdisciplinary graduate degree designed to advance the knowledge, values, and skills of professionals who aspire to serve as leaders for positive change in the non-profit sector.
This innovative Master brings together the expertise of two top-ranked graduate schools: The Fordham Graduate Schools of Social Service and The Gabelli School of Business and combines it with the experience and expertise of ‘Leadership Mentors’ who serve as current leaders in a wide range of non-profit and for-profit organizations.
Our nonprofit leadership graduate degree program Offers:
- Leadership Courses that emphasize the development of sophisticated leadership skills that foster management excellence with a social justice approach to organizational and social change
- Learning Labs designed to track in tandem with the major content modules of the leadership courses. Each lab session makes use of a variety of engaged and collaborative learning and teaching methods helping students to better translate theory into real-world application.
- A hybrid structure that improves workload flexibility and enables students to balance their busy schedules with their academic commitments. In addition to three on-campus courses and learning labs, students take three courses in fully online format.
