Introduction
It is a program that contributes to the formation of investigative competences in education, taking into account the knowledge, skills and attitudes required in contemporary society. This training allows the Masters in Education of the Antonio Nariño University (UAN) to influence in a proactive way in the improvement of educational contexts through reflective, situated and forceful processes and projects.
The master's degree conceives educational phenomena from an articulating and interdisciplinary perspective where perspectives such as environmental, social, cultural, political, economic and technological enrich the discourse, reflection and practice around education and pedagogy. In addition, it understands that education requires researchers with the ability to recognize contextual elements that lead them to consider research projects aimed at providing solutions to problems of educational practice.
The Master of Education is an alternative to qualify professionals of any discipline with experience in education or professionals in Education in its critical, cognitive, social and propositional dimension to develop and create proposals that vindicate the social work of the education sector, but, above all everything, to build knowledge that results in cutting-edge contributions in order to resist and challenge problems of socio-educational relevance.
