Most colleagues begin byenrolling for a Postgraduate Certificate (60 credits) and canthen continue to the Postgraduate Diploma (120credits) and finally the full MA (180 credits). This steppedaward structure provides great flexibility to plan a personalpathway at an appropriate pace. A full-time student wouldcomplete the MA in one year. A part-time work based studentwould complete the MA in three or more years.We have a wide range of 30-credit modules. These aredivided into Issues modules which are about particular areassuch as Learning and Teaching, and Impact modules whichreport on the design and evaluation of changes in theworkplace. Just two core modules are required for the fullMA: Research Skills (30) and a Dissertation (60 credits).
