Human Resource Management

A Master of Arts or MA is a graduate degree typically earned after a program of study of the fine arts, humanities, social sciences or other, similar concentrations. These programs tend to last one to two years.

While studying human resource management, students become better prepared to manage and lead employees at different kinds of companies and organizations. There are a number of classes that a student can take that help build a deeper understanding of career-related tasks, such as conflict management, labor relations, creating ROIs and building work teams.

 

Switzerland (German: Schweiz, French: Suisse, Italian: Svizzera, Romansch: Svizra. Switzerland has some of the world renown universites like ETH in Zurich, EPFL in Lausanne, IHEID in Geneva, University of Lausanne or the University of St. Gallen. Keep in mind, it's much better to speak the local language, so if you can't speak either French, German or Italian, better go for a language course first.
