Arts studies incorporates a variety of art forms, including film, visual art, music, and theater. Some art programs will focus on one specific area while others will give students an overall education of the arts.

Bath has two universities and two separate colleges. The University of Bath was even named University of the Year in 2011 and is concentrated on science and mechanics while Bath Spa University is more about social sciences. Other colleges are City of Bath College and Northland College.
