Introduction
Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering
Master of Science in Engineering in Aerospace Engineering
During Master's degree studies in Aerospace Engineering, students gain knowledge about recent achievements in the field and the methods and tools that prepare them for taking management positions in industry or undertaking research activities. The third semester of the 3-semester-study is devoted to the solution to a research problem. The problem statement and solution are put into the master's diploma thesis. Students of the Aerospace Engineering program are provided with knowledge allowing for scientific research and design, optimization, modernization as well as maintenance of flying vehicles. Graduates are well prepared to work for aviation engine design offices, research laboratories, and maintenance centers as well as to deal with all types of internal combustion engines (automobile, railway, and power plant engines).
