Telecom Ecole de Management is a public business school in the French Grande Ecole tradition. Founded in 1979, the School operates under the auspices of the Ministry for the Economy, Industry and Finance. For over 30 years, the School has been recognized for its dual expertise in management and information and communication technologies (ICT).

The "Information and Communication Technology Business Management" program is unique in providing students with integration skills in both the ICT sector and management. It is based on a distinctive competence of the faculty and of instructors in research, student education and executive education, in the field of marketing of ICT-based products and services, strategy of ICT industry companies, economics and regulation of the ICT industry, e-business and management information systems. The "Information and Communication Technology Business Management" program is unique in providing students with integration skills in both the ICT sector and management. It is based on a distinctive competence of the faculty and of instructors in research, student education and executive education, in the field of marketing of ICT-based products and services, strategy of ICT industry companies, economics and regulation of the ICT industry, e-business and management information systems. A two-year Program (24 months) Full-time course program based on in-depth management education, a unique specialization, and is completed by validation of a thesis. Competences Participants acquire competences identified as crucial for high-technology companies in a converging and high velocity environment: how to assess the capabilities offered by technological systems from a marketing and financial point of view and design new business models and business plans; to make decisions taking into account the opportunities and constraints of public policies and regulations; to deal with the fierce market-led competitive environment of the ICT industry; to gain knowledge of the interactions between firms and other organisations in order to generate innovation, design new solutions and market them thanks to various cooperation modes, such as R&D agreements, strategic alliances, complementary product partnerships, or value-added reseller partnerships. Language of teaching This Program is only taught in English. Duration Our MSc are two-year, full-time programs starting early September. The last semester dedicated to a Master thesis must be done in a company or an academic research lab. Requirements To be eligible for admission to the Master's program, an applicant MUST: hold a Bachelor's degree (normally from a four-year program), or its equivalent, produce evidence of proficiency in English in the form of an internationally-recognized standardized test score amongst one of these following: TOEFL iBT – Test of English as a foreign language (at least a score of 80) TOEIC – Test of English for international communication, Listening & Reading (at least a score of 750) CAE – Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English FCE – Cambridge English First IELTS – International English Language Testing System (at least a score of 6) The requirement that a standardized test score be included in the applicant's file can be waived if the applicant submits a certificate confirming that her/his previous degree was earned at a university at which the sole medium of instruction was English. No derogation will be accepted. Application procedure Applications have to be made exclusively online with secured online payment. Applicant who wishes to join one of our Master of Sciences program must meet the academic and language requirements above to be selected. The MSc in International Management is a highly coveted degree recognized in the United States, Great Britain and increasingly in Asia. Telecom Business School’s program is designed for both international managers specialized in information systems and candidates interested in developing research capabilities. The MSc in International Management is a rigorous academic program that provides managers with the skills required to occupy decision-making roles within private companies or public bodies. Our graduates are equipped with the skills to face tomorrow’s challenges: organizational changes within businesses, caused by the advent of the ITC era, require professionals who are able to integrate technical constraints into their managerial reasoning, internationalization of processes and exchanges requires businesses to employ only those managers who are capable of managing this flow of information. This MSc places particular emphasis on international management. Program A two years program, full-time course program based on core modules, an area of specialisation and is completed by validation of a thesis. Competence Analytical and technical tools required to deal with complex financial arrangements; Abilities in managing the different stages of marketing a product or service: design, price positioning, communication, choice of distribution network… to satisfy the objectives of the business. Concepts of economic theory while retaining a managerial approach to decision-making. Practices and principles of Strategic Management applied to the firm, the industry, its long-term strategic management, resources and skills and its desire to expand. Knowledge of the interaction between departments in a business: human resource management for the production and distribution of goods or services, online management, e-commerce, etc. How to optimize the performance of internal organization by counting on the skills of their workforce, particularly in the context of international activity, and the challenge to integrate the differences and similarities between groups and individuals to facilitate exchanges.
