Introduction

CMC Graduate School of Business (CMC) is the most prestigious provider of management education in the Czech Republic with nearly two decades of experience. CMC provides a top-rated and internationally accredited MBA programs in Central Europe. The school was founded in 1990 with support of U.S. government agency United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and a CMC’s MBA alumni by now counts for more than 700 members. In addition, more than 12 000 graduates have completed Executive Education courses.

CMC was founded in 1990 in co-operation with the University of Pittsburgh and the Ministry of Industry of the former Czechoslovakia. Their vision was to create a graduate business school in central Europe that would follow western business principles in the areas of finance, management and business science. In 1993, CMC was awarded  the "Center of Excellence", given by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Since the award, CMC has continually been enhancing it's reputation among the business community in Central Europe and worldwide.
