All students, regardless if on-campus or on-line, will be able to access the courses anytime and anyplace with a computer or phone with an Internet connection. The discussion forums will enable all students and professors to post questions, answers, and comments 24/7 and from any location around the globe. Eligibility Requirements To be considered for the LL.M. program in Air and Space Law, an applicant must have a J.D. degree (Juris Doctor) from an accredited U.S. law school or a first law degree (J.D., LL.B., and Bachelor of Laws) from a foreign law school.
