They provide ecosystem management and sustainable forest planning taking into account, in their principles and practices of management, multiple user needs, the demands of interest groups, the land use objectives and protection of forest ecosystems . In this perspective, this multidisciplinary control is for candidates who wish to become skilled professionals in the sustainable management of forest ecosystems. Thanks to active teaching methods that integrate ecological, economic and sociological, students will develop their ability to define, manage and solve complex problems. After their training, they will master the concepts and interdisciplinary skills to deliver sustainable forest development projects, develop coherent strategies with systemic management, introduce integrated management approaches to resources and evaluate the services offered ecosystems. This multidisciplinary program trains qualified professionals in sustainable management of forest ecosystems combining uniquely a set of active teaching methods and integrating the ecological, economic and sociological problems to solve. At the end of their training, graduates will be able to offer sustainable forestry development projects, to develop coherent strategies with systemic management, introduce integrated management approaches and resources to evaluate the services that 'ecosystems provide. Building on the mastery of skills, this diverse roster includes distance learning and classroom courses in several regions of Quebec as well as placements practice. This collaboration is an excellent way to have access to wider expertise in the field of forestry. Because of this feature, the quota for this program is 15 students in total in the three institutions. TRAINING PLAN The following path is the master of this training plan. The latter is available only to full-time and accepting new applicants for the fall semester only.
